About The Role

A dynamic organization is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator with 4 years of experience to support efforts with the IRS Identity Theft Tax Refund Fraud Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) and the Project Management Office (PMO). This role will involve close collaboration with Digital Transformation and PMO Teams to provide users access to SharePoint and Teams portals, assist the help desk, manage and coordinate data analyses, and creatively utilize technology to solve problems.

Salary Range

$73,032 - $83,987 per year

Responsibilities

- **Project Coordination**: Develop, organize, manage, and track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure all requirements are met.

- **Technical Solutioning**: Understand client issues, identify improvement areas, and recommend technological solutions to enhance collaboration, detection, analysis, and reporting.

- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to web-based technology deployments for a membership-based collaboration and reporting portal.

- **Data Support (Excel)**: Utilize Excel capabilities to manage basic data, analyses, and reports to support client needs.

- **Helpdesk Support**: Onboard and offboard users to the IRS Identity Theft-Tax Refund Fraud, Information and Sharing Analysis Center Collaboration Space. Respond to requests from partners for access adjustments.

- **Data Entry (O365)**: Collaborate with the Social Media analysis team to input data from online posts into an application.

- **Project Management Office (PMO) Support**: Assist the PMO team with proposal operations and quality management processes.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree

- 4 years of relevant experience

Basic Requirements

- Proven ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint

- Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role for clients or end-users

- Experience in documenting processes and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage basic data entry accurately

- Ability to pass an IRS MBI clearance

- Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, a state within the U.S. where support is provided (currently excluding NY, CA, and PR)

Skills That Set You Apart

- Ability to identify and develop Power Platform solutions (e.g., Power Apps)

- Experience in federal government contracting

- Current, active MBI, DoD, or DHS security clearance
