ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a dynamic Web3 Campaign Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts and grow the global developer community for the Algorand blockchain ecosystem. The successful candidate for this role will be analytical, self-motivated, intellectually curious, and looking to develop a career in the world of Web3 marketing, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.

To ensure success, the Marketing Campaign Manager must display an excellent understanding of Web3 digital marketing and have a skill set in working with agencies to deliver outstanding marketing execution that drives engagement, education, and advocacy targeted to builders and the tech community. Algorand empowers builders to build scalable, secure, and sustainable applications across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for running targeted marketing campaigns aimed at builders, fostering growth within the Algorand ecosystem, and cultivating a strong community. Additionally, the Campaign Manager will work closely with the social & community manager, ecosystem, and devrel teams to deliver growth across all our key audiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devise innovative, integrated Web3 marketing campaigns to acquire and engage ecosystem participants, including developers and end-users in the crypto-blockchain space
• Work closely with the head of growth to manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
• Optimize digital marketing budget for maximum ROI
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
• Maintain and evolve the organization's brand identity within the Web3 space, ensuring consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
• Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign-off if necessary
• Keep abreast of current trends in Web3 marketing

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years experience in running marketing campaigns at scale
• In-depth knowledge of running highly effective marketing campaigns
• Data-driven decision making and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Strong A/B testing and optimization skills
• Strong proficiency in using traditional ad platforms (such as Youtube & X) combined with a solid understanding of Web3 advertising platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills – clear experience managing long-term projects to completion
• Demonstrate creativity and agile thinking
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
• Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side
• Practice superior time management
• A team player with the confidence to engage a wider team
• Possess good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
