A Content Specialist joining our team should be able to deliver high-quality, SEO-enhanced content that resonates with the target audience.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands the importance of quality content to drive results for small businesses, has a keen eye for detail, communicates effectively, understands the importance of online marketing, and can keep up with the changing landscape in content marketing. They must be comfortable switching gears quickly, working with tight deadlines, and learning new content strategies efficiently.Your ImpactAs a Content Specialist, you'll work with the team to:

  • Help businesses scale their digital marketing goals with well-researched, topical, and original content.
  • Create, edit, and publish content for many businesses in a variety of verticals quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure content delivered meets client preferences, internal processes, and content industry marketing best practices
  • Conduct in-depth research to develop valuable content assets.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their content needs, preferences, and feedback, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into high-quality content.
  • Craft content such as blogs, webcopies, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns in a variety of verticals with SEO best practices in mind.
  • Construct custom-written content based on specific objectives and audiences.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of dynamic content marketing trends and strategies
  • Balance quick turnaround times and a high level of quality for each deliverable
What You Bring to the Table
  • Expertise in crafting engaging blog posts, website content, and social media posts
  • Proficient knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience tailoring content for US and UK audiences
  • Basic understanding of SEO practices
  • Familiarity with concepts like tone and POV
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Customer service or client-facing communication experience
