DescriptionWho We Are: MedOne is a full-service pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) serving clients and members nationwide. Our fully transparent pass-through model ensures people have convenient access to the most appropriate prescriptions at the most affordable prices.What You'll Do: The data analyst role involves analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing EDI transactions and data flows between systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The Data Analyst will work closely with the data services team to troubleshoot issues, improve data processes, and provide insights that enhance business operationsResponsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day monitoring of data feed transactions to ensure data accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with data standards.
  • Work within various systems and tools to diagnose, triage, communicate, and report on processes within internal and external business units.
  • Assist in testing and validating new data mappings, transactions, and integrations.
  • Create efficiencies and find ways to improve processes and procedures to be more efficient and accurate.
  • Update outdated and old processes to new standards.
  • Perform routine troubleshooting, upgrading, repairing, and eminence of current systems and processes.
  • Provide support to business partners and clients regarding data queries and transaction status.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data documentation and process guidelines.
Position Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, HealthCare, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues within multiple processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining data insights and technical details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A curiosity and a desire to learn new systems to expand one’s technical skills.
