Sounds interesting?Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Molecular Resonance Imaging (MRI) Application Specialist to provide and coordinate training on the Siemens MRI System.The Application Specialist will work independently as well as part of the Siemens Healthineers Team. This application training is primarily conducted at the hospital site but may also be done remotely using Siemens Smart Remote Service and EDU tools digital platform. The Application Specialist takes ownership in providing support for the MRI installed base training and supports the Siemens Healthineers business through product presentations, developing education strategies and providing sales support. The focus is on actively engaging customers in the post-sales process, as well as effectively coordinating and managing the customer experience throughout the life cycle of their Siemens system.Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will conduct high-quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe, optimize, and effective use of Siemens MRI Systems, thereby maximizing image quality and productivity.
  • You will aid customers in enhancing their clinical capability in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
  • You will collaborate with customers to create training plans that meet the requirements of their order and ensure customers competency and high Net Promotor Score (NPS)
  • You will coordinate the installation and delivery of customer training in conjunction with education business strategy, sales and service team.
  • You will maintain satisfactory after-sales relationships and cultivate long- term customers connection while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that promptly meet customer needs.
  • You will continuously develop and enhance a network of key opinion leaders in the assigned of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) users.
  • You will provide support for sales activities in the region as needed, such as attending conferences, conducting demonstrations, making visit and product presentation, and arranging advanced application visit for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • You will develop and promote of EDU business strategy and EDU digital tools platform.

  • You hold a successfully completed degree in Radiology Imaging Technology
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in MRI systems.
  • You have basic to advance knowledge in MRI systems.
Your personality and skills:
  • You demonstrate good English communication skills both verbal and written (additional foreign languages would be advantageous)
  • You possess the willingness and ability to travel when required to meet Siemens Healthineers’ Customers (travel requirement: 70%)
  • You possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
