: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a product or product line, from conception through to launch and beyond. This role involves conducting market research, defining product requirements, developing product strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive marketing programs resulting in measurable impact on demand, leads, revenue, profit, and market share gains.
  • Act as a product champion, collaborating closely with internal collaborators, regional teams, and key accounts through active participation in the sales process, including customer visits and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments and under guidance from the Marketing Lead, develop the regional strategic plan (STRAP) to drive sustainable sales, market share, and margin growth.
  • Record, understand, and analyze market segments, customer segments, product portfolio, region, and customer needs to co-create GTM plans by country, product, and target market.
  • Bring value propositions to effectively drive solution adoption by end users, aligned with the STRAP.
  • Share standard processes, effective regional strategies, and high-value campaign approaches.
  • Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Support product planning with manufacturing and planning teams to deliver optimal service levels for products – e.g., demand planning.
  • Supervise driven dynamics and assist in portfolio performance reviews.
  • Develop, implement, and lead new and/or existing products in a portfolio by crafting and implementing product marketing plans to develop business opportunities.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and provide data related to competitors, the market (including voice of customer research), product positioning, revenue, and unit forecasting and pricing strategies.
  • Champion successful launches through requirements, development, and commercialization.
  • Assist in identifying and developing effective promotional and sales tools and collateral marketing pieces.
  • Own the lifecycle of the existing product portfolio, performing three-year product line strategies, pricing and/or margin optimization, and customer intimacy efforts.
  • Participate in strategic collaborations for product partnerships, working with operations, commercial groups, and external partners.
  • Develop, implement, and run our digital and social marketing strategies and social media presence to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Validated experience in product management, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities and market research capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and nuanced environment.
