Join a newly founded team building an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) on top of the established Camunda 8 platform. To achieve this, the team will innovate in the areas of no-code/low-code integration builder, data orchestration, and data transformation. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer joining this team, you will be shaping the architecture of how we build and integrate these new capabilities into our stack

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop our iPaaS capabilities: design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain new iPaaS capabilities.
• Integrate iPaaS capabilities into the Camunda stack: understand the existing Camunda 8 architectures to ensure you align, and ensure smooth integration of new iPaaS capabilities into the Camunda stack.
• Shape the workings of a newly founded team: as Senior Engineer, shape the working mode of a newly founded team.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• Extensive experience working with Java
• Experience with React
• Has built iPaaS products.
• Has used iPaaS products.
• Analytical problem-solving and root-causing skills
• High degree of curiosity and passion about what you do
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset
• Experience working on a software product in a start-up / scale-up environment

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00
