We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Analytics to lead our e-commerce analytics efforts. In this pivotal role, you will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, leveraging advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights and optimize our online presence. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our analytics strategy and propelling Puffy's growth in the competitive D2C landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of our e-commerce analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives to drive growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze customer behavior throughout the e-commerce journey, uncovering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and revenue.
  • Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests, optimizing various aspects of our visitors' e-commerce experience and ensuring methodological rigor.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and preferences through advanced data analysis, user feedback, and customer journey mapping.
  • Build and evolve our analytics toolbox, combining in-house solutions with leading third-party tools to generate powerful insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes, driving improvements in website performance, conversions, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of e-commerce analytics trends and best practices, ensuring our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving D2C landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior analytics role within e-commerce or a related field
  • Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
  • Expertise in analytics tools and platforms relevant to e-commerce
  • Experience in leading and mentoring analytics teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience optimization
