Annual Salary: $42,000-$45,000 (plus overtime)

Reports To: Client Services Team Lead

FLSA Classification: Salary, Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Our Client Services Specialists are the first point of contact for our clients. Client Services Specialists support our clients through exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and quality relationship, and providing support through creative problem solving. As a Client Service Specialist at LINQ Services, you will be at the forefront of building strong and lasting relationships with our valued clients. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and assistance, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. As Our CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST, YOU WILL

  • Absorb training and implement correct procedures to respond to clients’ needs.
  • Research and resolve incoming calls and email tickets from clients and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain quality customer relationships with assigned customer groups.
  • Process customer orders, returns, activations, swaps, and feature additions/removals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering prompt and professional assistance through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, preferences, and challenges. Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their requirements and provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of LINQ Services' products and services to effectively guide clients in their decision-making process and address product-related queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions. Escalate complex matters as needed and follow up to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training on our offerings to help them maximize their experience.
  • Client Retention: Proactively reach out to existing clients to understand their evolving needs and foster long-term relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services that align with clients' requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and interactions in our CRM system. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients on their experiences with our products and services. Share valuable insights with the management and relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Salesforce Experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the capacity to handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the industries and markets that LINQ Services serves is a plus.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a genuine passion for providing top-notch service.
