Job OverviewJoin our esteemed organization as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, where you will be a pivotal member of our team, serving as the welcoming face and voice for our valued customers. This remote position offers you the opportunity to engage with clients both in person and over the phone, while performing essential administrative functions such as data entry, reporting, and payment processing within the thriving roofing sector.Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Input and maintain accurate data across company databases and spreadsheets, ensuring the integrity of customer information and job orders.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and service calls for roofing inspections or projects.
  • Organize and maintain essential office documents and records.
  • Provide support for general administrative tasks, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and vendors regarding project inquiries and updates.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area and office space at all times.
Required Skills
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and effectively manage time in a high-pressure setting.
  • A friendly and positive demeanor along with a robust customer service focus.
  • Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is advantageous but not a requirement.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential.
  • Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
