The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with the finance department to develop effective pricing strategies, analyze financial data, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work harmoniously across departments. You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Pricing.This role is US Remote. The successful candidate will be able to work a schedule in US Eastern/ Central time.Pricing Analyst Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the finance department to formulate well-informed pricing strategies that align with financial objectives and market dynamics.
  • Utilize financial insights to establish competitive and profitable pricing for package delivery services.
  • Analyze historical financial data, cost structures, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations for pricing decisions.
  • Create financial models to assess the financial impact of various pricing scenarios on revenue, margin, and profitability.
  • Liaise with finance and operational teams to collect accurate cost data related to FTE, including labor and overhead.
  • Integrate cost components into pricing models to ensure precise pricing calculations.
  • Evaluate the potential effect of pricing changes on overall profitability and the company's financial health.
  • Work in collaboration with finance professionals to gauge the financial implications of pricing strategies.
  • Develop detailed pricing proposals and es for potential clients, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and financial goals.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver accurate and compelling pricing information for bids and proposals.
  • Monitor the financial performance of implemented pricing strategies, analyzing actual outcomes against projected results.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations for necessary adjustments based on observed performance.
  • Foster effective collaboration with finance, sales, operations, and marketing teams to gather input, share insights, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Communicate pricing rationale and financial implications persuasively to stakeholders across functions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and pricing data used in analysis and decision-making.
  • Implement rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure reliable data sources.
Pricing Analyst Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CMA) is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Pricing Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a comparable role, preferably within the Facilities Services industry.
  • Knowledge of the Facilities Services industry, including: operational knowledge, price per FTE, wage standards, Union CBAs and pricing, cost per square foot, productivity models (preferred).
  • Able to work in US Eastern or Central Time.
  • Flexibility to meet the business’ needs as they arise; Willing to be flexible with your schedule, sometimes staying later.
  • Strong financial acumen, with advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel.
  • Profound understanding of pricing methodologies, cost structures, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for productive collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure precise financial calculations and analyses.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
