Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js for Dimension's collaboration platform.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to improve usability and performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure high code quality through regular code reviews and continuous integration processes.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic for seamless functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance existing features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Contribute to Dimension's mission to enhance engineering team collaboration across its platform.
