We are currently recruiting for multiple clients seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their information security strategies.

Job Summary: The CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive information security strategies across various organizations. This role will oversee security policies, procedures, and compliance measures, ensuring the protection of data and assets against internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy aligned with business objectives. Provide insights and guidance to executive management on security-related issues.

Policy and Compliance: Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Risk Management: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. Develop risk mitigation strategies and incident response plans.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the information security team, promoting a culture of security awareness. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement effective security measures.

Threat Intelligence: Monitor and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents. Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies.

Communication: Report to the board and executive management on the status of information security initiatives and incidents. Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing security operations and incident response.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable. Skills: Strong knowledge of information security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
