About the job

As an Experience Transformation Consultant you will be responsible for leading and managing day to day interactions with key e-commerce platforms and brands in managing relationship, ensuring strategic alignment and optimization to ensure applicable sales plans and/or growth targets are met.You are expected to work with (among others) the client’s ecommerce channel sales team, brand/marketing teams as well as relevant team members from Accenture’s project team/SMEs to develop periodic platform sales plans and execute the same with help from the client channel teams and the platform account managers.Expertise in E-Commerce growth (sales, marketing & campaign management) is required, along with proficiency in E-commerce Operations. Business Transformation, Customer Insights, and Merchandising Marketing are recommended skills with advanced proficiency.Responsibilities:

  • Deploy & manage the client’s online portfolio (sales, marketing & campaign) and effective advertising strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Creating, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital platforms
  • Communicating with clients to understand campaign and advertising needs and expectations
  • Preparing campaign results reports and recommending actions
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and identify best in class interventions that can be replicated for the client to drive sales growth
  • Establish KPIs for measuring the performance of the promotions plans, and work with the analytics team to review periodic reports and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Implementation of product and promotional content from the clients’ asset libraries
  • Work closely with campaign strategy, content management and customer service teams to integrate findings into future actions and ways of working
  • Required:
  • At a minimum, a bachelors degree
  • Minimum 2+ yrs of experience, preferably in digital commerce, marketing & campaign or offline sales & marketing
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok etc.) and their operations
  • Background in managing client relationship, promotions or similar trade/marketing activities for consumer facing firms (offline or online) and/or experience on projects with similar roles
  • Experience in managing Media ads (Marketplace Platform Ads, Facebook, Google etc.)
  • Exceptionally strong with numbers and data
  • Creativity and ability to work in a dynamic environment
