Hybrid Machine Learning Advocate Engineer Machine Learning Advocate Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning Advocate Engineer to work on benchmarking and testing the latest machine learning models on different GPU hardware, analyzing the latest model architectures, and writing down the findings in accessible blog articles, as well as participating as a ML engineer working on model deployment for our inference customers.

Candidates preferred for this role should be currently enrolled in a PhD program, or in the late stages of their master’s studies.

What you will do:

• Develop, run and maintain AI model benchmarks for different workloads and GPU types.
• Review and analyze the latest models and model optimizations in image generation, language modelling and other domains.
• Write high-quality articles, tutorials, and case studies related to model performance, architecture, and effective inference deployment.
• Work closely with machine learning and software engineering teams to contribute the latest model performance optimizations to open source projects.
• Complete other tasks as necessary to contribute to the progress of the company.

For this role you will need:

• Shown progress towards PhD degree, or exceptional knowledge in late stages of master’s degree in the fields of Computer Science, Machine Learning, or relevant technical discipline.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Good grasp of the underlying mathematical principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the constant change in the machine learning ecosystem.
