We are looking for an insurance administrator to support the following activities:

  • Assist insurance department
  • Data entry
  • Upload documents to the management system and request updated certificates and policies from insurance companies.
  • Provide insurance invoices to the accounts payable department and assist Specialists with policy management, maintenance, and underwriting requests.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday.

  • Regular schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time.
  • Daylight saving: 09:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

MUST: Advanced English (written and verbal communication).

  • 1-2 years of Experience in customer service and inssurance.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
  • Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities
  • Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
