Description of services:
Working as a business and data analyst gathering requirements for specific new data use case requests (coming from business), collecting, processing and analyzing these data and finally preparing meaningful visualizations (mainly Tableau Dashboards) that transforms the raw data into actionable insights. Act as a senior analyst for juniors.
Requirements Gathering And Analysis
- Conduct meetings, interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to understand the specific data use case in detail.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
Solution Design and Development
- Work with the Data Team to design and implement the best technical solution for the specific data use case
Data Collection and Management
- Gather data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and third-party sources.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning, organizing, and validating data.
- Manage and maintain databases or data systems, ensuring data is stored efficiently and securely.
Data Visualization
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards that allow users to explore data in a user-friendly manner
Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with internal data team, cross-functional teams, engineers to understand their data needs and requirements
- Communicating technical information and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating within the data team to share knowledge, best practices, and resources
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data security, compliance, and governance
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and technical guides
- Participating in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Qualification:
- Strong experiences as a Data Analyst
- Very good experiences with Tableau
- Very good experiences in the visualisation of Data
