About the Role The IT System Administrator is a critical role responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure. They ensure the availability, reliability, and security of computer systems, networks, and servers. They also provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies.
