Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and attract top talent using various methods.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in an agency recruitment role, preferably in a 360-recruitment consultant role with proven record.
• Prior experience in internal recruiting will be considered as well.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
