Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into projects.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on ReactJS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and modern authentication methods (e.g., JWT).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Node.js and server-side rendering.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
