Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Observability Know-How: You’ve got hands-on experience with tools like NewRelic, Sentry, DataDog, or similar.
• On-Call Experience: You’ve been on-call in production environments and know the ups and downs that come with it.
• Kubernetes Skills: You’ve built and debugged applications running on Kubernetes and are familiar with its quirks.
• Small/Mid-Size Company Vibes: You’ve worked at small to mid-sized companies (50-500 employees) and understand the unique challenges they bring.
