Remote Data-Driven Paid Ads Expert

Our client is an e-commerce business seeking a highly experienced Paid Ads Expert to build and optimize a data-driven, programmatic paid media environment. The role requires someone with a strong background in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns, ensuring that performance is justified and improved through data-driven decisions. This is a key role within a growing marketing team, focusing on driving high returns on ad spend for the company's portfolio of e-commerce websites. We are looking for a leader who may eventually help manage a more junior resource once the paid media processes and systems are setup and performing well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Oversee and manage large-scale paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Ad Spend in the $20K-$40K per month range.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, optimizing ad performance to meet business objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and implement tracking methods to measure the performance of paid ads and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align paid ad strategies, content and channels with overall business goals.
• Optimization & Growth: Continuously optimize campaigns to drive growth and improve performance.
