About The Role

A dynamic organization is seeking a **Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist** to join its growing customer service team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated **Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist** with a strong background in Energy Efficiency Rebate Processing. In this role, you will provide customer service support via phone calls and email, as well as manage data entry into various database applications.


Duties and Responsibilities

- Receive data and sourcing documents; compile, sort, interpret, and verify data for entry.

- Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions.

- Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system for applications, rebates, and other supporting documents.

- Communicate effectively as part of a team approach with other departments in servicing customers.

- Provide customer service activities, such as responding to emails and phone calls.

- Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalency.

- A minimum of 6 months of related work experience in a call center environment.

- Fluency in English and Spanish.

- Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment.


Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

- Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task.

- Experience in data entry processing and a customer-centric call center environment.
