Position: Sales Development Representative

Salary Range: $1,500 base salary + Commissions

Working hours: Monday to Friday (PST)

Join the best flavor manufacturing organization based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in creating a diverse range of custom flavors for the food and beverage industry.

They’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help drive our growth and connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various sources, including social media, databases, and networking events.

Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls to generate interest in our products or services.

Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects over time to convert them into qualified leads.

Booking Meetings: Schedule appointments or meetings with prospects for further discussion or consultations.

Organization: Keep CRM systems and other tracking tools up to date and manage workflow efficiently.

Product Expert: Develop a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

C1 level English proficiency preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads.
