Key Responsibilities
- Credit Risk Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end credit management function, utilizing your analytical skills to make dynamic decisions that drive business performance and mitigate risk.
- Insight Generation: Proactively generate insights to identify opportunities for improvement in key credit metrics, contributing to an innovative approach that keeps us ahead in a competitive market.
- Collaboration: Engage with diverse, cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, ensuring that credit risk strategies are aligned with our dynamic business objectives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on credit KPIs, ensuring that our processes are both innovative and aligned with best practices.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their diverse needs and finding solutions that support both our business and theirs.
- Strategic Business Partnerships: Collaborate with various business units to manage credit risk assessments, contributing to initiatives that drive strategic growth and support innovation.

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is desirable.
- Proven experience in credit management with a demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate in dynamic environments.
- Strong financial analysis skills coupled with the ability to think creatively and develop new approaches to credit risk management.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and experiences.
- A track record of working efficiently in team environments and building relationships that drive high performance.
