- High level of patience, empathy, and care for customers
- Proficiency in computer navigation and keyboard shortcuts
- Prior experience in an inbound call center preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare-related setting
