What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Active listening skills and ability to relay information and answer questions or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset for a positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Additional years of experience in customer support or related fields
  • Proficiency in multiple communication platforms and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered
