At Nonlinear, we are looking for Productivity Analysts/Associates who will
- work with clients & internal team members to understand clients' business challenges and
- implement relevant productivity solutions on an array of no-code/low-code and automation technologies that empower business processes, analytics and more.

Responsibilities
- Undertake productivity projects for a variety of clients across industries, functions, sizes and/or geographies
- Implement business solutions using a range of no-code/low-code and automation tools (incl. RPA) as per project objectives
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders and gain a complete understanding of project goals, objectives, and audiences
- Enable the team with day-to-day client management, project management, and creation of high-quality deliverables
- Provide hand-holding/training/troubleshooting to client stakeholders affected by change
- Build proficiency in multiple no-code/low-code and automation tools as per company goals
- Build familiarity with industries, functions and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
- 0-3 years of experience
- Aptitude for constantly learning & improving at a high speed (mandatory)
- An analytical mind with excellent abilities in logic, problem-solving, organization and coordination
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in at least 1-2 no-code/low-code or automation tools (preferred)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company & client information
