They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team, where you will be focusing on parts of the e-Commerce journey, and optimizing the process when it comes to customers being able to search for the products they are looking for.
Suggested Experience
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Lead the product through every stage of its lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation to launch and ongoing iterations, ensuring successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Marketplace eCommerce Expertise: Leverage deep experience in eCommerce, ideally within a marketplace environment, to optimize buyer and seller interactions, improve transaction workflows, and enhance overall platform performance.
- Large-Scale Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze large-scale A/B and multivariate tests to refine product features and enhance the user experience, utilizing data-driven insights to guide product evolution.
- Business Alignment: Align product strategy with broader business objectives, ensuring that product decisions contribute to key outcomes like revenue growth, customer retention, and market differentiation.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with high-level stakeholders, including founders, c-suite executives, and cross-functional leadership, to build consensus on product priorities and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle
