About the job

We are looking for someone outgoing, organized, and accountable to join our client's growing team. As key personnel in communication, you'll play a pivotal role in the company's expansion phase. Candidates who have a passion for fitness and love interactions with people will be a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for B2B and B2C sales and lead generations.
  • Manage client enquiries, lead generations, bookings on all our platforms, and facilitating the initial communication for trainers and clients.
  • Management of our lead generation platform where you will closely monitor our sales pipeline and strategize how to effectively serve and support our clients at various lead types.
  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients - Clarifying their questions and making them feel welcomed on all our social channels and communicative avenues. You will be the key bridging point between client and our marketing efforts.
  • Help in improving internal client management and scheduling processes.
  • Support in client retention work together with our Trainer and Mentor and the Marketing team to strategize and implement churn mitigations.
  • Support in business development and corporate sales.
  • Ensure the consistent posting of Instagram stories on our Instagram platform.
  • Manage the CRM platform of the company and ensure the smooth running of operations of the gym (e.g. Merchandise inventory management, smart automation, email marketing, etc).
  • Support in community building and engagement in terms of internal and external events (e.g. registration forms, planning of program, etc).


Key Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or graduated from Business (Administrative), Mass Communications, or Hospitality faculty.
  • Proficient both in English and Mandarin (written and verbal in English and Mandarin/Chinese).
  • Proficient in Video Editing tools such as iMovies, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premier, etc.
  • Assist the director in editing videos for social media campaigns.
  • Edit videos for content and promotions.
  • Help identify and reach out to potential opportunities to secure more paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate on PR strategies to enhance media exposure and partnerships.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Meticulous with details.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Able to start work on short notice.
  • Able to communicate well with clients.
  • Prior experience in the Service industry will be highly preferred.
  • Working Days and Hours: Tues Thurs 1-10pm SGT, Fri Sat Sun 9am-6pm, Mon & Wed OFF.
