As a UX / UI Designer (m/f/d) you will be an important part of our product management team working on our software solutions CIO Cockpit, Dex7, GRASP and Logipad. Your work will focus on our products Logipad and CIO Cockpit.

Logipad is a flexible information and management platform with various clients. It makes it possible to manage content centrally, capture information quickly and distribute it to specific people.

CIO Cockpit is one of the leading ITFM and TBM SaaS solutions on the European market. It builds the commercial bridge between IT and business. CFO, CIO, controlling and business are enabled to plan and control IT services and costs and to derive strategies.

As a UX / UI Designer (m/f/d), you will work on continuously improving the user experience of our software products. You will be in close contact with stakeholders from the areas of product management, customer success management and the software development teams.

Your tasks

• Development of intuitive user concepts for our web and mobile applications
• Conception of design guidelines and style guides
• Moderation of meetings with stakeholders, customers and developers to specify product requirements and evaluate technical feasibility
• Develop relevant user personas with the aim of optimizing the customer experience
• Creation of user flows, wireframes and prototypes for user-centered interaction designs
• Implementation and evaluation of user tests, as well as consideration of the resulting findings in the final design
• Quality assurance of the final implementation
  
  

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of media informatics, web design, communication design, interface design or comparable training
• several years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in the field of web and mobile applications
• Basic technical understanding of modern (web) technologies and mobile applications
• sound knowledge of common prototyping and design tools (e.g. Adobe CC, Figma)
• Experience in the development of user journey maps, navigation concepts and user-centered designs
• Experience in carrying out UX test methods and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• High quality standards, structured way of working and strong communication skills
• Ability to question the status quo, discover opportunities and develop innovative solutions
• High level of personal responsibility, commitment and openness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
