Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Interactive Web Designer who can design and develop engaging, easy-to-use, and conversion-focused websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design and the ability to work closely with copywriters to strategically place content that enhances both user experience and sales performance. This role requires proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of creating intuitive, interactive web layouts that guide users through seamless, informative, and visually compelling experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design interactive, user-friendly websites that align with business goals and enhance the user journey, focusing on conversion and sales.
• Collaborate with copywriters to integrate engaging, sales-driven copy into the website design, ensuring all text is visually appealing and supports the user experience.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the layout and flow of the website.
• Ensure that all elements—buttons, navigation, forms, and CTAs—are strategically placed to drive user interaction and conversion.
• Focus on creating websites that are easy to navigate, informative, and guide users naturally through the sales funnel.
• Conduct user testing and work with data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B tests) to refine designs and improve website performance.
• Maintain a balance between visual aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that the design supports both brand goals and a positive user experience.
• Design responsive web layouts that work seamlessly across devices, ensuring a consistent experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs fresh and innovative.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive, conversion-driven websites.
• Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools), with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how to create user-centric designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience working with copywriters and marketing teams to integrate text, calls to action, and key content into website layouts.
• Ability to think strategically about user flows and how design can support a seamless, intuitive user experience.
• Proficiency in responsive web design, ensuring that designs work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with developers, marketers, and content creators.
• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce or sales-focused websites is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with tools for user testing, heat mapping, or A/B testing to iterate on designs based on user data.
