The Role
Key Responsibilities

- Communication Mastery: Keep everyone in the loop by following up on emails and communications with title companies and other parties involved, ensuring seamless progress toward closing.
- File Management: Maintain accurate and complete records of all loan-related information, from initial application to final closing.
- Process Oversight: Oversee every step of the loan process, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a dependable point of contact for clients and lenders, providing timely updates and addressing any questions about the loan status.
