- Handle inbound customer inquiries using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track and document customer interactions in databases
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and deliver expert customer experiences
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
