Lead Security Monitoring and Response Analyst

Overview

As a Lead in Security Monitoring and Response for The Mastercard Fusion Center, you will be driving advancements for our customer experience strategy through innovation and problem-solving. You will play a vital role as the key point of contact connecting Mastercard with key regional and international organisations as well as government bodies, in deterring threats and risks in the APAC region.

The Role

As a Lead Analyst, you will:

  • Prepare presentations for threat preparedness exercises, events, and collaboration sessions.
  • Track and analyze information to prepare a threat metrics portfolio for mid to senior management.
  • Share and report information, analyze threats and opportunities, and leverage partner capabilities.
  • Enhance Fusion Center capabilities in governance, people, processes, and technology for integrated cyber defense.
  • Coordinate large-scale global preparedness exercises, including Threat Casting and Threat Briefings.
  • Protect Mastercard and its stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary intelligence liaison to key international organisations such as Interpol, stationed onsite in Singapore.


All About You

  • Possessing at least 8 years of experience in the Cybersecurity industry in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A personal passion for fostering a culture of decency, collaboration, and team spirit.
  • Experience managing senior-level relationships and mentoring others.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Expertise in anticipating threats and risks, articulating them to stakeholders, and making balanced recommendations.
  • Knowledge in at least two cybersecurity disciplines such as Fusion Center, SOC, Network Security, Incident Response, Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Risk Management, or Business Operations.
