Responsibilities and tasks within this role include:
- Working in a self-organized team
- Creating documentation and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
- Solving technical and conceptual challenges
- Understanding stakeholder needs and conveying them to developers
- Ensuring system safety and security against cybersecurity threats
- Deploying updates and fixes, and providing Level 2 technical support
- Installing, maintaining, and supporting our customers
- Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure
- Automating and improving development and release processes
- Testing and examining the impact of code written by others
- Building tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience
- Performing root cause analysis of production errors and resolving technical issues
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience and skills required to excel at Roboyo:
- Fluency in English.
- Completion of studies in information technology, such as computer science or business informatics, or similar qualifications
- Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
- Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps platform
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Microservices environment
- Good knowledge of .NET Framework and Azure
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Proficiency in technologies including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and Azure
- Familiarity with modern methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and continuous integration or delivery
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience
- High standards for quality and a hands-on mentality, with a desire for a startup environment.
