About the job

As a Client Support Technician, you will be providing IT support to small businesses in the Financial Services sector, including hedge funds and family offices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalations from the helpdesk, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and configure network and infrastructure issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Technical Areas of Focus:

  • Switches and Routers
  • Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs)
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • VMware & vSphere servers
  • VOIP phone systems

Additional Information:

  • A significant portion of your time will be spent onsite with clients, primarily in London. All travel expenses to client sites will be covered.

Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Active Directory is essential for this role.
