The Role:

As the Senior HR Investigator, you’ll help us develop, interpret, and administer most salaried employee policies and practices that will directly impact in maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible.

We’re seeking employee advocates, change leaders and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best. The Senior HR Investigator position provides an opportunity to be part of a global team that utilizes skills in counseling, compliance to Corporate & HR policies, and internal investigations.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

Advise employees on work-related matters.

  • Administration of salaried employee policies and practices.
  • Advice on the fair application of policies and practices.
  • Research and recommend all salaried disciplines to the client base
  • Coordinate online surveys with People First and manage audits for the client base.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HRBO and management on issues related to performance decline. Support and advice to ensure clear follow-up on a performance issue of collaborators.
  • Lead or participate in special teams of local or global projects. Global Projects for the organization regarding People Matters.
  • Lead or participate on special local or global project teams


Qualifications

What You'll Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Employee Relations or a related field, including experience conducting investigations.
  • Human Resources Business Partner experience required


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and empathetic approach to solve problems with teams across Ford.
  • Creative thinker, problem solver and resilient.
  • Availability to work hybrid
