About The Role

Embedded and working as a collaborative member of our client’s team, the Program Manager will serve as both a delivery expert and key client relationship manager. This role will work to lead a program of work, across several brands, and will need to understand both the broader business objectives as well as nuances of delivery within both a pharma and digital space. The role will be interfacing with an international client base and partnering with external and internal delivery teams. The role will require team management and project management experience and a strong technical background.

The right candidate should foster an open, transparent team environment and communication. Supporting the team in being proactive and delivering with quality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead a multi-year rebranding/redesign project for a global health care client
  • Will define and shape all processes and set operational best practices across the global team, along with tracking all commercials
  • One single global point of contact to drive change and ensure the team are activating the programme, whilst looking ahead to future phases of optimisation
  • Sat within the global team, to support in-market teams, with additional responsibility of managing local client relationships (and escalations as appropriate)
  • Will be accountable for the central planning of all project work, with project managers supporting to run resourcing, trafficking, etc.
  • Owns resource and utilization planning, based on understanding client B2B business and marketing priorities and forward planning
    • Able to manage resource and track capacity based on regular workload and resource calls with client and internal key stakeholders
    • Track all resource requests to ensure they fit within the team’s capacity
    • Track and report back on utilisation per market
    • Support the business director in production of monthly and quarterly MI reporting for presentation back to client leadership team
    • Overall accountability for teams’ project governance and quality control, ensuring all tasks are completed
  • Contributes to strategic and executional excellence across all content execution, working in close partnership with creatives, producers, account leadership, and clients to ensure work achieves business and brand objectives
    • Constantly reviews all WOW documentation per market to ensure the teams are being consistent and they are following best practise
    • Effectively monitors progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
    • Promote continual operational improvement, and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
    • Manages the set-up of Box and ensure the teams are utilising the API to OMG effectively
    • Develop relationships with technology departments and become an expert to implement new tools
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships
What You Need To Be Great In This Role

  • Mandatory
  • 8-10 years team management experience, project management background
  • English language proficiency at a business level
  • Experience managing Digital/technology focused projects or large content programs
  • Pharma experience (as plus)
  • Knowledge of Vendor/supplier management
  • Advanced communication and management skills
