Responsibilities:

Talent Development and Culture:

Culture Initiatives: Support the implementation and promotion of company culture initiatives, such as monthly activities, wellness plans, festivities and awareness communication.

Onboarding: Coordinate and develop onboarding sessions with new DEUNERS.

Learning & Development: Support the overall internal learning strategy, including raising training requirements, generating reports based on active learners and continuously looking for top courses to assign on our platform (Udemy).

Internal Communication: Develop and distribute internal communications such as celebrations, announcements, and new people initiatives.

Social Responsibility Projects: Explore social responsibility actions that can be promoted in a Startup in different countries in LATAM.

Operations: Support administrating benefits, generating labor letters, reviewing contracts, etc.

Talent Acquisition:

Full Cycle R&S: Manage the hiring process for Jr to Mid roles.

CV Screening and Phone-Screening: Screen resumes for medium to high-level roles and conduct initial phone screenings to collect initial data.

University Branding and Work Fairs: Contact universities for employer branding opportunities and participation in job fairs.

Training for Managers: Assist in the preparation and creation of training materials for managers in relation to recruitment/interviews processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years of experience in HR areas, preferably as a generalist in fast paced company.

Education: Degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related field.

Language Skills: Intermediate/Advanced English.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using an ATS or HRIS (wish).
