This position is part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and will work remote in Europe.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and support coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Hiring Manager Experience: Serve as Business Talent Advisor in line with consistent use of Standard Work.
- Training: Facilitate recruiting process training to internal stakeholders via virtual, classroom and ad-hoc meetings.
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
- 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment with a requisition load of 18 to 20 active job requisitions.
