The Junior Recruiter will work on full-cycle recruitment from alignment meeting to close. This role will partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers and recommend best practices across Veralto and its Operating Companies, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This position is part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and will work remote in Europe.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and support coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hiring Manager Experience: Serve as Business Talent Advisor in line with consistent use of Standard Work.
  • Training: Facilitate recruiting process training to internal stakeholders via virtual, classroom and ad-hoc meetings.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
  • 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment with a requisition load of 18 to 20 active job requisitions.
