Job Title: Business Analyst (Non-Life Insurance Projects)

Job Description:
We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Business Analysts to join our Non-Life Insurance department. This role will be primarily focused on managing end-to-end projects related to Microsoft Dynamics, workflow management, and telephony systems improvements, among others. The ideal candidates will possess the drive and ability to take charge of projects, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders, IT, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct initial business steps to understand the needs and requirements of stakeholders. Propose viable solutions and clear requirements for the IT department. Handle projects from A to Z, ensuring all phases are completed successfully.
- Requirement Documentation: Create clear and precise documentation for IT teams. Follow up with IT to ensure alignment and progress.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Methodologies: Employ Agile/Scrum user stories and classic waterfall methods depending on the project's needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8 years as a Business Analyst.
- Languages:
- French OR Dutch (One fluent, the other at a good level) (MANDATORY)
- English is a plus
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Excel and other basic tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and diplomatically.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to dive into material quickly and take charge of projects.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a technical understanding.
