- Document daily activities and maintain communication throughout the organization
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Associate degree in computer science or related field OR 2 years of related work experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Capability to use general office equipment
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
- Availability for occasional weekend and holiday support hours
- Provision of a suitable workspace with high-speed internet access
- Strong documentation skills for daily activities
