The mission of our client is to empower builders to innovate by providing a powerful suite of tools designed to enable developers to easily create or consume any API or service. They aim to streamline API development, reduce integration times, and improve the overall developer experience. The company was founded in 2021, has achieved pivotal revenue milestones, and secured funding from esteemed VC and angel investors.


The team primarily operates from San Francisco and London but is open to remote-first hires in the US or UK, with a preference for candidates in US Pacific and UK time zones. Quarterly team meetups typically occur over the course of a week.


About the Role

Our client is in search of a passionate and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join its expanding team! As a crucial member of the Sales Operations department, you will significantly contribute to optimizing sales processes, supporting the sales team, and driving data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include refining workflows, managing the CRM system, conducting valuable data analysis, and collaborating with various departments to ensure sales success.


The Problems You’ll Solve

- **Sales Process Optimization:** Enhance and streamline sales processes for increased efficiency.


- **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Conduct thorough data analysis and create comprehensive reports to support decision-making.


- **Territory Management:** Effectively manage sales territories to maximize resource allocation.


- **Sales Forecasting and Planning:** Assist in forecasting sales trends and strategic planning efforts.


- **Sales Compensation:** Support the development and management of sales compensation plans.


Who They're Looking For

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system, along with experience in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills characterized by an analytical mindset.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-departmental work.

- A solution-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvements.

- A passion for data and its potential to deliver insights and enhance performance.
