Job Role Summary/Overview

This role is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers who have not expressed prior interest in the company's products or services, also involves making outbound calls to generate leads, pitch offerings, and set appointments, all while maintaining a professional and persuasive approach.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 2.8M COP/month
  • Job type: Full time
  • Schedule: Make calls during typical business hours Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm Pacific Time with 1 hour unpaid break (11pm - 8am Manila Time) 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor


Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor”, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The salary is calculated and offered on an hourly basis.


Job Scope

  • Focused on the Union City and Fremont areas in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Target both homeowners and prospective home buyers
  • Make calls during typical business hours Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm Pacific Time with 1 hour unpaid break (11pm - 8am Manila Time) 8 hours per day/40 hours per week


Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to potential real estate clients
  • Maximize auto-dialer system making at least 300 calls (leads, busy, no pick-up, answering machine)
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to identify prospects interested in buying or selling properties
  • Navigate CRM and dialing systems to efficiently manage call lists and prospect data
  • Follow provided scripts and protocols for professional and compliant calling
  • Update lead status and disposition in CRM after each call
  • Schedule follow-up calls or transfer hot leads to the appropriate sales representative


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Prior experience working in the real estate industry
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology (training provided)
  • Ability to maintain a positive, high energy demeanor during their shift
  • Positive mental attitude to handle rejection during the sales cycle
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
