We are looking for a Trainer Trainee to join our business unit of ITaaS. The candidate will be required to collaborate closely with members of Training team and level 1 and 2 of technician support, for the successful implementation of solutions for different clients.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and keep updated the value proposition for the trainings offered

Create and keep updated the didactic material to be used in the trainings

Actively participate in the training pre-sales process, providing technical and strategic support to ensure alignment with customer needs.

Plan, prepare and deliver training to customers, focusing on how it can add value to their business processes.
