About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first contact for potential customers. Your role will involve reaching out to business sign-ups every day as well as running targeted outbound campaigns. We’re looking for someone who’s great on the phone, can quickly build rapport, and uncover opportunities. You'll use tools like Clay, Smartlead, Sendspark and HubSpot CRM, as well as LinkedIn, and email to connect with and qualify prospects.

Responsibilities:

Engage with Inbound Leads: Contact new business sign-ups to understand their needs and challenges. Determine if they require Business or Enterprise features, qualify the opportunity and schedule a demo or meeting for the New Business Team.

Outbound Campaigns: Send out email campaigns using tools like Smartlead to raise awareness among key people at target companies, aiming to qualify and book meetings or demos for the New Business Team.

ICP List Building: Use tools like Clay to create lists of ideal customers, making sure your outreach targets the right prospects.

CRM Management: Use HubSpot CRM to track leads and sales activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the New Business Team.

Prospect Research: Identify potential customers using LinkedIn and other tools to set up quality appointments.

Multi-Channel Outreach: Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, video messages, emails, and phone calls, using a personalised approach.

Reporting: Regularly update sales activities and results, and continuously improve based on feedback.

Ideal Background and Skills:

Experience with Latest Sales Tools: Proficiency in using modern sales tools, comfortable with AI - HubSpot CRM experience is a bonus

Multi-Channel Outreach: You are skilled in using LinkedIn, video messaging, email, and phone to effectively reach and engage prospects.

Opportunity Finder: You’re skilled at asking the right questions to understand a prospects unique needs and motivations. This approach, when combined with your product knowledge helps you pass qualified leads that are a great fit to our New Business Team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in tech/SaaS with at least 2 years SDR experience
