REMOTE DATA ENTRY COORDINATOR
- MUST HAVE OWN COMPUTER*** SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30AM-5:00PM EST START DATE: 10/1/24 DURATION: 4+ MONTH CONTRACT Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have own Windows 10 or 11 operating system computer
- Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- High school diploma or GED requireD
- Experience with Microsoft Word- turn things into a PDF, Insert tables onto documents
- Experience with Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, insert columns
- These individuals will be taking in information from clients, and entering it into internal database systems.
- Most of the information received is independent medical reviews, so any knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA is helpful.
- When new cases come in (the information), you will be logging the information and processing it through to the next stage.
- The data will be entered into Microsoft Word or Excel - must pass a basic Excel and Word assessment to be considered for the role.
