Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us as our new Technical Support Engineer for or Centre of Expertise!

Being a Technical Support Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• Technical support for ESS and PV
• Service partners management for certain work and be the trainer for installer and EPC for technical needs.
• Coordinate with R&D department to solve general issues and difficulties for any projects. Make the plan and solution accordingly.
• Travels to site to help customer to solve problems or collect technical data for R&D use.
• Travels to train any service partners or installers.
• Make the report for distribution product failure analysis, and risk assessment
• Coordinate with other service department to solve issues and technical supports.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

• At least one year of relevant work after graduation from an electrical bachelor's degree
• Fully understanding about the PV,EV charger and ESS industry or qualified for one of the EU countries.
• Experienced for PV/ESS Products and related product.
• Good communication skill for customers and service partner
• English and local language C1, additional languages are always welcome
