We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with Product Management to build out work and drive clarity around product initiatives for engineering and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and internal systems. To succeed in this role, you should have a collaborative mindset mixed in with strategic and analytical thinking to translate business strategy into tactical, clear delivery of product initiatives.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with Product Management to build out work and drive clarity around product initiatives for engineering and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and internal systems. In This Role You Will
- Work with Product and Engineering to develop and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Provide clear updates and insights to stakeholders and executives, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions for transparency.
- Leverage industry knowledge on network adequacy to turn product goals into actionable tasks.
- Uphold Quest Analytics' core values and contribute to a positive company culture.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years as a Business Analyst in a SaaS company (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Proven success in defining work and launching exceptional products.
- Strong presentation and writing skills to clearly communicate your vision.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and practices.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Moderate travel may be required for this position.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
